A healthy crunchy snack that’s high in fibre, roasted chick peas is one of my boy’s favourite snack to munch on. Fairly quick and easy to make, the outcome is delicious enough that even an anti-chick pea person like me would eat. My hubs thinks I’m crazy for not bein ga chick pea fan like him. He lives on hummus.
